01Are all products original?
Yes. Every device comes sealed from the official distributor with the brand's warranty card.
02How does the warranty work?
Phones carry 1–2 years of official brand warranty. Bring the phone and the invoice to any service centre of the brand, or to our store.
03Can I pay in EMI?
Yes — 0% EMI for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with the credit cards of 20+ banks. Choose EMI at checkout.
04How fast is delivery?
Same-day inside Dhaka for orders before 3 PM, and 2–3 days anywhere in Bangladesh.
05Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unopened or has a factory fault. We replace or refund — your choice.

01How do I know a phone is original?
Every device we sell comes sealed from the official distributor. The box carries the importer sticker, and the IMEI can be checked on the BTRC website before you open it.
02Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfer is available for company orders.
03How does 0% EMI work?
Choose EMI at checkout and pay with the credit card of one of 20+ partner banks. The price is split into 3, 6, 9 or 12 equal monthly payments with no interest.
04How long does delivery take?
Same day inside Dhaka for orders placed before 3 PM, and 2–3 working days to every other district.
05Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000. Smaller orders cost ৳80 anywhere in Bangladesh.
06Can I pick up my order from the store?
Yes. Choose store pick-up at checkout and collect your order from our Bashundhara City store the same day.
07What does the warranty cover?
The brand warranty covers manufacturing faults for 1–2 years. It does not cover a broken screen, liquid damage or repairs by other shops.
08How do I claim the warranty?
Bring the device and the invoice to the brand service centre or to our store. We handle the claim and keep you updated by SMS.
09Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unopened or has a factory fault. See the Return Policy for the details.
10Do you buy old phones?
Yes. Our trade-in offer gives you up to ৳25,000 off a new phone. We check your old phone in five minutes and give an instant price.
